The opportunity

We are developing senior engagement-leadership capability that can help customers turn process-intelligence ambition into a coherent, trusted and outcome-led delivery programme.

This role leads the relationship and delivery environment around process mining, process transformation and operational improvement. It is not simply project administration or stakeholder reporting. The purpose is to frame the right problem, shape the engagement, align senior stakeholders and coordinate process, data, technology, value and change specialists through to implemented outcomes.

You may lead an end-to-end process-intelligence engagement, mobilise a focused workstream or provide engagement leadership within a wider multidisciplinary transformation programme.

What you will do

• Establish a clear understanding of the customer objective, operational challenge, decision context and measures of success. • Lead discovery and engagement-shaping activity, converting ambiguous demand into an achievable scope, delivery approach and mobilisation plan. • Build trusted relationships with senior business, operational, data and technology stakeholders. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams that may include process consultants, technical data specialists, value and dashboard consultants, automation specialists and change practitioners. • Maintain alignment between business outcomes, process questions, data requirements, technical delivery and implementation priorities. • Establish engagement governance, roles, decision rights, delivery cadence, dependencies, risks, assumptions and escalation routes. • Facilitate senior workshops, challenge assumptions constructively and help stakeholders make evidence-based decisions. • Ensure that process-intelligence findings progress beyond analysis into prioritised intervention, implementation and benefits realisation. • Communicate delivery status, evidence, risks, options and value clearly without creating false certainty. • Support commercial shaping, statements of work, delivery estimates and capability mobilisation where required. • Help establish repeatable engagement methods, governance and quality standards that can scale across future work.

Essential experience

• Senior engagement manager, programme lead, delivery lead, consulting manager or equivalent experience in process intelligence, process mining, process transformation or a closely related enterprise transformation environment. • Evidence of personally leading a complex client-facing engagement from discovery and mobilisation through delivery, implementation and outcome review. • Strong experience defining scope, requirements, delivery approach, governance, workstreams, dependencies, risks and stakeholder responsibilities. • Credible senior stakeholder management, including the ability to establish trust, resolve ambiguity and maintain alignment where priorities differ. • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business process, data, technology, value, change and operational delivery. • Sufficient understanding of process mining and process intelligence to challenge the work intelligently and connect technical outputs to business decisions. • Evidence that the engagement produced implemented improvement or measurable value, rather than stopping at analysis, recommendations or presentations. • Evidence of working through a structured delivery framework or disciplined lifecycle, such as a process-mining value or execution method, Agile or hybrid programme delivery, transformation stage gates, benefits-realisation governance, BPM governance, Lean Six Sigma or a credible equivalent. This is an essential requirement. • The ability to explain your own leadership decisions, interventions and resulting outcomes.

Consulting mindset and delivery

You should be comfortable entering an ambiguous environment, listening before prescribing and creating enough structure for people to move forward with confidence. We value engagement leaders who can combine empathy with constructive challenge, make difficult issues discussable and maintain momentum without hiding uncertainty.

You will need to translate between executive, operational and technical perspectives, protect delivery quality and keep the team focused on the customer outcome. Commercial awareness, proposal contribution and relationship development are useful, but they do not replace evidence of leading complex delivery.

Useful additional experience

• Celonis, SAP Signavio, ARIS, UiPath Process Mining or comparable process-intelligence environments. • Process architecture, BPMN, operating-model design, operational excellence or automation. • Value engineering, business-case development and benefits realisation. • Data-platform, enterprise-system or integration delivery involving SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow or comparable operational platforms. • Public-sector, regulated, systems-integrator or large-enterprise transformation. • Work with security-cleared teams, offshore delivery partners or controlled client environments. • Coaching consultants, developing methods or building a professional capability community.
