5. Security & Compliance Readiness

Every consultant working through Team Inspire must meet BeInspired’s baseline screening requirements, including BPSS verification, before commencing an assignment.

Some assignments require additional security clearance, such as SC or DV. You do not need to hold existing clearance to join Team Inspire.

Have you previously completed Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks? *

BPSS includes identity, UK Right to Work, employment-history and unspent criminal-record checks. Previous completion does not automatically establish that the checks required for a new assignment are satisfied.

Are you currently authorised to work in the United Kingdom? *

Formal Right to Work verification takes place separately before engagement. We do not require passport details, immigration share codes or documents at registration.

Are you willing to complete the checks required to meet BeInspired's BPSS standard before starting an assignment? *

Depending on the role, additional checks may include references, qualifications, appropriate criminal-record screening and customer-specific verification. We will explain the requirements before initiating checks.

Do you currently hold, or have you previously held, UK Government security clearance? *

Additional security clearance is required only for certain assignments and must be verified through the relevant sponsoring organisation. Existing clearance may be subject to transfer or other approval conditions.

If a suitable assignment required additional UK Government security clearance, would you be willing to undergo the appropriate vetting process through an authorised sponsor? *
