The opportunity

We are developing senior process-intelligence capability that can help customers understand how work actually flows, identify the causes of underperformance and turn operational evidence into implemented transformation. The work sits across business process, data, enterprise platforms, technology and change. It requires more than dashboards: the value lies in asking the right questions, interpreting process data correctly, selecting the right intervention and guiding practical implementation.

You may lead an end-to-end workstream, shape a process-intelligence response for senior stakeholders or contribute within a multidisciplinary transformation team.

What you will do • Work with senior stakeholders to define the operational problem, desired outcomes and decisions that process intelligence must support. • Lead work from data extraction and preparation through process discovery, analysis, insight, prioritisation, implementation and benefits tracking. • Analyse event logs, object and case relationships, process variants, conformance, bottlenecks, root causes, controls and performance measures. • Translate analytical findings into a clear transformation story and specific operational interventions. • Define KPIs, value hypotheses, business cases, ROI measures and realised benefits. • Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and align business, operations, data and technology teams. • Advise on process-mining platform selection, solution shape and the integration of insight with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow or other enterprise systems. • Connect process intelligence with automation, workflow, advanced analytics, AI and operating-model change. • Manage delivery phases, dependencies, risks and stakeholder confidence. • Establish governance, reusable methods, adoption patterns and capability so process intelligence can scale beyond a single use case.

Essential evidence • Senior Consultant, Manager, Lead or Principal-level process-mining, process-intelligence or closely related transformation delivery. • Recent personal delivery using Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, ARIS Process Mining, UiPath Process Mining or a credible equivalent. • Strong evidence in several lifecycle areas: event-log or data extraction; data transformation and modelling; process discovery; variant, conformance or root-cause analysis; dashboard or KPI development; value identification; client workshops; enterprise-system integration; implementation or benefits tracking. • Understanding of event data, case and object relationships, variants, conformance, bottlenecks, root causes, controls and value quantification. • Evidence of working with enterprise systems and operational data, rather than business-process description alone. • Evidence of a structured delivery method such as a process-mining value framework, BPM governance, Lean Six Sigma or DMAIC, Agile, transformation stage gates, benefits governance or a credible hybrid approach. • Evidence that the work informed implementation, operational change or measurable value rather than stopping at a dashboard, diagnosis or recommendation. • The ability to explain the context, analytical question, platform, personal contribution, intervention and result.

Consulting mindset and delivery

You should structure ambiguous operational problems, listen deeply, make complex evidence accessible and build trust with senior stakeholders. We value constructive challenge, commercial awareness and the ability to move cross-functional teams from insight to action. At senior level, evidence of shaping business cases, advising clients, leading delivery or contributing to proposals is valuable. Consulting behaviours do not replace the core process-mining evidence.

Useful additional experience • Process architecture, BPMN, DMN or operating-model design. • Lean Six Sigma, CBPP or recognised process-mining certification. • Automation, advanced analytics, predictive modelling, machine learning or AI-enabled process change. • Supply chain, procurement, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, finance, customer operations, shared services, manufacturing or logistics. • Public-sector, regulated, systems-integrator or complex-enterprise transformation.

How evidence will be assessed

Generic operational excellence, sector process improvement, BI reporting, process mapping or strategy work will not qualify without credible process-mining or process-intelligence technology evidence. A certification or vendor name alone is insufficient. Strong evidence shows how operational data was converted into analysis, decision, intervention and value.

Some assignments may require BPSS, Security Check clearance or other client screening. Existing clearance is useful when current and verifiable but is not a universal requirement.
